Bintan lagoon golf course is a beautiful and well maintained course. Even better than Ria Bintan, but due to less publicity it is underrated. Play 18 hole at Jack Nicklaus on November 25, green are well maintained.. price are cheaper than Ria..

My family and i were delighted with our hotel stay due to the clean rooms, great food and wonderful ambience throughout the hotel and we will certainly remember the good hospitality shown by each and every hotel staff that crossed paths with us. They truly understand the meaning of quality service. Kudos to the team!

I stayed at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon for 2 nights, last week, and it was a truly wonderful experience Everything was smoothly done right from check-in to check out, Thanks to Priscilla and the Front office team for being warm, professional and extremely helpful throughout the stay also thanks for the welcome drink which was really refreshing. Thanks to RB for showing around the property with his buggy The Seaview was immaculate, waking up to the ocean was an absolute delight, the food was excellent, maulana from ird was quick on his feet with the food and polite I loved their swimming pool, was amazing with the oceanic view, would like to thank wila from the pool bar for her service and for revised bill with discount hahaha, thanks to Edi for suggesting the best drink aslo thanks to the bartenders Reagan and Ocid for making an amazing cocktail,cheers! Thanks to Rifks and the housekeeping team for keeping the room clean which made me feel comfortable Overall I had a very good experience Would love to visit again with my family

The hotel was under a soft opening after the renovation, so not all parts and services were available at the time. That said, there were limited food and drink options in the restaurants, and very pricey for what you got, even with the discount offered for the period.

An extremely relaxing resort. The resort is big enough that there’re so many activities to do within it and doesn’t have to travel out. The recreational activities like Table Pool, Table Tennis and many more can be booked and used if there’s nobody using. The view by the beach is magnificent. It’s really breathtaking enjoying the view and breeze there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Movenpick to celebrate my 43 years old in this Hotel and i would like to share our experience. We arrived and welcomed by Mr. Doni Agusdianto and he said he is the Hotel Manager. we can feel his professionalism, genuine hospitality and clear explanation of the hotel's facilities and made us feel comfortable. when we entering the room 2552, we find a personalized birth day greeting from Shintia and team on the mirror and the cake. We celebrate Dinner B'day in the restaurant and i had a lovely birthday surprise from the restaurant staff lead by Franklin. my small advice is about the food price felt slightly higher compared with other resort in Lagoi i ever stayed thanks to Willa who found my wife's iwatch by the pool and report it to Front office and deliver it to us. As the Indonesian, I'm impressed with her English and hospitality little advice from my wife about the distance between the bed and the switched is quite far and inconvenient for us over all it was the magnificent memorable staying and Good Job for the Entire Movenpick Team lead by Mr. Doni and absolutely we will be back.

Loved every part of the resort, it was extremely peaceful when I went and the Guest Experience team really elevated our whole experience there with our room as it was the anniversary of my partner and I. Beautiful breakfast selection, though I wish the hot menu portions were smaller so we could try a wider variety. Special mention to our female server at Yokotta, and to the staff bartender making our drinks at ocean pool. We had nice conversations with people around the resort, thank you for making our anniversary a special one and we will definitely be back for another visit once all the facilities are open.
